Aerobics

Get Fit 4 Kidz is now introducing a dance class, in addition to the other programs being offered. One of our experienced staff members will be teaching the dance classes, which is another way to help kids stay fit and healthy. It is an exciting and fun class. The class will be designed to teach kids how to get in shape by combining hip-hop aerobics and choreography that can relate to their own personal styles and body types. In a one hour session, the kids will learn a 15 minute warm-up routine, a 30 minute session where they learn at least 24 counts of choreography, and a 15 minute cool down that allows them to stretch their muscles to avoid injury. At the end of each 4 week session, a recital will be performed showcasing the routine that the kids were taught.
